Les <strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"690\">pr\u00e9sidents de ces appellations<\/strong> partagent ici leur vision : comment pr\u00e9server la qualit\u00e9, garantir la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et affirmer la valeur d\u2019un patrimoine vivant face aux d\u00e9fis \u00e9conomiques, climatiques et soci\u00e9taux.<\/p><p data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"1177\">Ces rencontres esquissent le portrait d\u2019une France agricole et artisanale en mouvement, o\u00f9 chaque appellation devient un laboratoire d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre tradition et innovation. Fromage au lait cru de brebis Lacaune, il est affin\u00e9 dans les caves naturelles de Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, o\u00f9 na\u00eet sa p\u00e2te persill\u00e9e unique.
